CHALLENGES OF TOURISM EDUCATION AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT IN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY

Abstract


The development of the tourism services sector under the influence of globalization requires a greater attention to tourism education. At the same time, the concern for ensuring a quality education in tourism is one of the conditions for developing a successful career in the field. The article analyzes the main challenges faced by tourism education and their implications on the future professional path of its beneficiaries.
