THE IMPACT OF CADASTRAL RECORDS ON THE PROCESS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF RURAL AREAS IN ROMANIA

Abstract


The article analyzes the impact of the cadastre on the sustainable development of rural areas in Romania, with the aim of highlighting the importance of an efficient cadastral system in promoting investments and facilitating economic development in the countryside. The study uses research methods such as case studies and data analysis collected from the National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising. The results indicate that a well-implemented cadastre contributes to the clarification of property rights, efficient land management and the protection of natural resources, which favors investment in agriculture, infrastructure and other economic sectors. The conclusions underline the essential role of the cadastre in creating a stable and prosperous economic environment in rural areas, contributing to sustainable development and improving the quality of life in these regions.
