THE INFLUENCE OF CULTURE ON COMMUNICATION IN THE TOURISM SECTOR
Abstract
Tourism is a sector of activity in which intercultural contacts frequently occur. However, little research was dedicated to intercultural communication in tourism along the years. Our article underlines the importance of observing the cultural aspects with the intention of perfecting communication between participants in the process of creating and delivering the tourism product.
