NATIONAL RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME 2014-2020, FROM NEEDS TO FINANCIAL APPROPRIATIONS

Abstract


Identifying needs, objectives, priorities and the size of financial resources allocated by measures and sub-measures of the National Rural Development Programme for the period 2014-2020 represents the study object of the present paper.The program is very extensive, in terms of formal, well-structured, following the thread of some logical sequences which gives it a relevant level of documentation. Identifying the needs of rural space, objectives, priorities and intervention areas is a worthy endeavor that should be the support and motivation of allocation level of financial resources through measures and sub-measures mentioned above.
