COMPARISON OF THE OBJECTIVES OF THE NATIONAL ACTION PLAN FOR DEVELOPING ORGANIC FARMING WITH THE RESULTS OF A PRIMARY RESEARCH

Abstract


Nowadays, there is the industrial production of integrated production and organic production side. It is generally believed that the industrial production severely degrading the environment and cause disease. As a result, it is the demand for healthy food and a healthy environment. Organic farming is one of the fastest growing management methods in the world today. The rapid spread to the fact that many of us - consumers, producers - the most environmentally sustainable agricultural practices is believed to provide healthy and safe food for consumers. Organic farming approach focuses on maintaining, restoring harmony between the preservation of nature, man and environment. Organic production is the only production system, which has also been clearly defined at EU level. Topics were chosen because of the reason that in recent years, accompanied by a growing interest in sustainable agricultural solutions, as the Common Agricultural Policy is treated as a key objective of sustainable management of natural resources. Nevertheless, in our country, to examining the 2007 2012 hardly changed the number of organic farms and organic farming in areas which have defect. In 2009, the number of inspected farms Biokontrol was reported that in 1541, while in 2012, only in 1282 the economy was under control. In our opinion, the possible reasons for the decrease was that the hope of financial gain with organic farm many farmers began to deal with the sales of organic products in our country much less solved, a lack of raw material processing sites and the ability to pay for . The rural development program (2014-2020) will appear as the need for development of organic farming to maintain and develop its contribution to water resources and land a good state of preservation, the mitigation of environmental impacts, as well as boost employment through increased labor - demand . Previous survey, however, proves to be very difficult to find adequate farm labor, labor force who want to work.
