ANALYSIS OF THE NON-BANKING FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS SYSTEM FROM ROMANIA
Abstract
The paper presents the non-banking financial institutions system in the period 2015 - 2020, highlighting the main activities, represented by the following activities: multiple lending, consumer loans, microcredit, factoring, discounting, lump sums, financial leasing, issuing guarantees, including credit guarantee, transaction financing commercial, mortgage and/ or real estate loans, and other forms of credit. A non-bank financial institution is a financial institution that does not hold a full banking license or is not supervised by a national or international banking regulatory agency. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the structure of the non-bank financial institutions system from Romania, emphasizing the differences between a non-bank financial institution and a bank, advantages and disadvantages and the object of activity
