CONSIDERATIONS CONCERNING THE PROTECTION OF COMPETITION IN ROMANIA, IN THE 2015-2019 PERIOD

Abstract


The paper “Considerations concerning the protection of competition in Romania, in the 2015-2019 period" presents a few aspects related to the duration of the investigations related to the potential violation of the competition laws in the analysed period, the entities penalised by the Competition Council and the investigations on progress at the end of the year during this period.
