ORGANIC FOOD MANAGEMENT – CONCEPTS, TRENDS AND PERSPECTIVES

Abstract


The purpose of this paper was to analyze the elaboration of informative structures on three conceptual directions of organic food management, namely: their consumption, international trade and ecological markets. This paper highlighted the anticipation of management and marketing strategies along the technological food flow, of policies and guidelines for initiation and economic, logistic and financial support of organic farming. It also highlights the evolution of ecological management is underlined in the food domain between current trends and prospects for the future.

Organic farming is a sustainable alternative to economic development, an educational option in the field of biodiversity conservation and a guarantee of protection and optimization unspoiled natural resources for the next generations.
